please consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor as it's quite difficult to tell anything without examination

Take a good care of your baby
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
