you should give her good proteins like dal , eggs , chicken, soya, curds, tofu, paneer
give her variety of vegetables and fresh fruits
hydrate her well
avoid sugary, chocolate, biscuits, chips, extra butter, cheese, maida , packaged foods
engage her in activities

first , avoid giving Heavy , processed food items.
give homemade food items
give sprouts , salad ,fresh fruits ,oats more
encourage your child to do more physical activities
increase her physical activities
