If The dictionary of your child is just specific to 5 to 7 words then of course it is a little bit of delay in the speech so you should be consulting an ENT specialist ones as a doctor can guide you whether there is an issue or not and if everything is clear then you can consult a homeopathic doctor or a speech therapist
