Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as kids grow their activity level is increased but mam ,their height and weight always stay in proportion. so please don't take much stress for this. I mean,if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight , achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about it much.
