#AskTheExpert hello sir I am a mother of twins daughter being 3 year 4 months now.their weight is 11.2 and 10.2 height being 84 cms which doesn't match with their age criteria.how can I increase their growth?

A. good morning I would recommend you to keep your baby milk and Milk products this will help for them to be able to gain height as well as weight apart from that introduce dry fruits and eggs to them
