A. Hello good evening ! For increasing breastmilk supply have lactating foods- Milk, dairy products, rusk, Bread toast, papaya, chikoo, poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk, water in regular diet. These foods will improve milk supply and give frequent feeds (direct feed) the more baby latches the more milk produces.
