Hi mom You can start with dal water initially Take a good care of your baby Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
