#AskTheExpert hello My son who is 4yrs old us often constipated but this time he is constipated for more than 5days and he is very uneasy all d time n sits in toilet but doesnt poop. He hardly eats food,only bananas n sum curd , please advice what shd i include in his diet so he has smooth stools and what medication to giv him ,i was earliee givin gutclear 10ml once for this but now givin lactoheal 10ml once plz help
