#AskTheExpert Hello! my son is going to be 8 years this July but he's still not falling his milk teeth. Is this normal?

A. the milk teeth start falling by the age of six to seven years so it is better to once visit your dentist and get it checked as your child has delayed eruption of permanent teeth
