#asktheexpert Good morning! Doctor, my son will be 8 years old this September, but none of his milk teeth have fallen out yet. In fact, we have already had to go for tooth extraction twice because his permanent teeth started emerging sideways, without the milk teeth falling off naturally. Is this normal, or should we be concerned?

A. Then you can check with the dentist once they can guide you correctly as per the situation that you are in as sometimes these things can happen as a delay can be seen so it would be good for you to check with your doctor on that
