#asktheexpert hello.. my son is 4 years old, he eats oats 4-5 time a week is that okay? my MIL keep saying that kids shouldn't eat oats bcz people eat oats to lose weight. but I have heard that oats promote healthy weight gain. can you please tell me kids can eat oats or not?

A. hi mom oats can be given can make oats powder and add besan and vegetables and make loke chilla kids love it also give good proteins in diet

A. Oats is fine occasionally to be given but not regularly. Our Indian millets and Sattu are best like Ragi, jowar, bajra.

A. My daughter almost going to be 6 is having brittle toe nails like cracked. Is there deficiency and what are the foods to remedy it? Her dad's family has history of Hypo n hyper Thyroid.
