A. Hello mom he might be having some tummy issues , and that’s the reason for his condition . So avoid forcing him to eat , and continue the medicine as prescribed by the doctor . Maintain his hydration by giving him liquids such as water , coconut water or fresh fruit juices or soups and if he is hungry and willing to eat give him , very mild flavoured foods such as kichidi , curd rice , idli or Upma or porridge
