Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two yearfds of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if thef speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

okay but if a child is able to respond his name,able to make eye contact while talking, can understand what you say well then as such no need to worry.
just encourage your child by communicating with him more
