AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes this is perfectly fine to pass out motion after taking feed. This is due to immature digestive system which will be fine as the baby grows up. so no need to worry. Exclusive breast feed ur baby till six months
