Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Apply your breastmilk and coconut oil only. Most skin related issues babies below 1 year go on own by doing the same. Continue breastfeeding till 1 year and after. Start giving semi solid and solid food to baby now. Don't use soap.
