Milk products like curd and paneer.
Fruits like mango, watermelon, banana, papaya, chickoo.
Vegetables like carrot, beet root, spinach, sweet potatoes.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.
