you can give her variety of homecooked foods and avoid outside processed, packed and junk foods.
you can give boiled potato, banana, chikko, boiled sprouts and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, roti or paratha, rice or daliya with veggies, pancake, upma, sheera, stuffed idli and dosa, egg, chicken, fish if non-vegetarian, etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
add small mid-meals inbetween after 2 hours, follow good hygiene, avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
