Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello My daughter is going to be 8 in July. what should be her diet? her weight is on lower side of the range, but she's very active. in a day she take 1 cheese toast as in breakfast (leaves the sides of bread) ; then 1 apple in noon; in lunch around 2 pm 1 katori dal & chawal each with few slices of cucumber and roasted papad; around 6 pm 2 oreo with 1 cup of pediasure milk; at night around 9-10 pm 1-1/2 roti with 1/2 katori vegetable please suggest me

A. hello mom, try to avoid packaged and processed food to your baby preferably give homemade food only and give emphasis on introducing different pulses lentils grains and different boiled and mashed vegetables.. give Ragi rice porridges homemade Cerelac Suji halwa Sheera fruits like pomegranate banana apple pear custard apple
