A. hi as fever has been there more than 3 days ,its advisable to visit your pediatrician for this. and along with that ,try heat fomentation using onion . for that ,take an onion , grate it on clean cotton clothe , make potli of it ,heat the tava ,place potli on tava for few seconds and check if it should not be too hot and gently pat it on your child chest ,back and sole.
