Q.

#asktheexpert hello. my daughter is 3.5 years now. and she don't eat bhaji chapati separately I make variety of paratha for her. I am not understanding how to make her eat bhaji chapati. Also dates, and milk. she just don't like combination like dates milkshake n all. They also say that we don't mix fruit with milk and have.can u please guide

A. I am also sailing in the same boat .. my kid also don't eat veggies and parantha together..

A. See a lot of kids don’t eat it in an early stage but if you can give stuff Paratha to the child like this it’s okay not a problem for more you should feed your child little bit from your plate when you are eating so like just try one bite this way slowly maybe the child is going to have this habit and in a lot of cultures it is believed that fruits should not be added with milk but in most of the cases people give and I don’t see any side-effects so we also be also recommended to give milk milkshake so it’s not a problem
