Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Toddlers do not grow as fast as infants do. They grow at a slow rate. If the toddler is active and is meeting all the required milestones, there is nothing to worry about. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, butter, cheese, home made paneer and curd. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give one boiled egg per day. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, raisins and peanuts. Give bananas, avocados, pears etc. Give urad Dal and moong Dal. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give peanut butter.
