A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multivitamin syrvxup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

A. Hi mom Give curd, coconut water, Banana, nimboo pani etc to improve the digestion of the baby.. Do not over feed ur baby. Maintain the gap of 2-3 hours between the two meals so that baby is not over fed.
