A. hello mom u can give Iron-fortified cereal like rice, oats porridge Fruit like banana, peaches, pears, plum, mango. Mix two fruits together to taste it better. Vegetable rsw or completely cooked like sweet potato, carrots, squash, beans and potato.or any seasonal vegetables Pulse soup after boiling pulse in sufficient water. Crumbled cheese
