#asktheexpert hello my child is 4yr old but she is having leg pain for very long time.can u suggest me any vit d supplement for her or there is any othe way out

A. hello mom you may give massages and also make sure their is morning sunlight exposure as that is one of the best and cheapest source of vitamin D, supplements though has to started only after testing for it and as per that the dosage if any would be recommended.

A. hi dear Growing pains are often described as an ache or throb in the legs — often in the front of the thighs, the calves or behind the knees. Growing pains tend to affect both legs and occur at night, and may even wake a child from sleep. Although these pains are called growing pains, there's no evidence that growth hurts.
