#asktheexpert Hello, my baby won't breastfeed during day time,he refuses when I try to feed him,but he drinks in sleep during day n night time.And at night he wakes up due to hunger, but he is not getting sufficient breast milk. Problem is that he won't drink bottle milk in sleep. plz suggest me some solution

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 9 months old and he doesn’t latch during awakening states but in sleeping mode so don’t worry now he is grown up child and he can eat all types of fruits and food

Many factors can trigger a breast-feeding strike — a baby's sudden refusal to breast-feed for a period of time after breast-feeding well for months. Typically, the baby is trying to tell you that something isn't quite right. But a breast-feeding strike doesn't necessarily mean that your baby is ready to wean.
