#Asktheexpert Hello! My baby is One year old. He has erupted his first tooth that is upper Right Central Incisor. is it normal? and how can I help my child and ease his eruption. And what diet should I give him?

A. Hi yes it's okay.. you can give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings or toys to chew on.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
