#asktheexpert hello my baby is not taking breastfeeding only formula milk.... now 7months end what should I give solid foods?

A. hi you can start giving food items like different vegetables and fruits puree, Ragi porridge, makhana porridge, suji kheer, dal rice etc avoid giving packet food items keep your child well hydrated
