my baby is start to 6 month tomorrow can I start solid foods.. with formula milk also .. formula milk & solid foods both are start tomorrow or after 3 days can i give formula milk I have confuse place suggest me .. which one is 1st start me

Hello mom it’s always better to give home cooked foods , to him and initially you have to start with some liquids such as dal or rive water or vegetable soup or fresh fruit juices. Start one thing at a time and give her time to get used to it . And then naturally move to semi solids and mashed foods
