#AskTheExpert Hello, My baby is 7 months old and we started giving solid food to her. My wife wants give my baby amla powder as it has vitamin c, is it ok to feed baby amla powder at 7 months? What is the correct age to give?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You should avoid giving it as of now because it is process it is not something that she is preparing at home you can give a juice like a teaspoon or something to the child of fresh Avala then there is not a problem it’s completely safe to be given but not powder I would recommend before the age of one year
