#asktheexpert hello my baby is 3 + months n he is having only 3 or 4 wet nappies , so is he not getting enough milk ? But he is not fussy , he plays n sleeps well . N he is breast feeding

give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate hydration.
mother should eat healthy and stay hydrated

as far as your child is not showing any discomfort, no need to worry.
please give plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
