Hello mom kids want that is visually appealing and as per now a days the exposure to various foods .. so healthy food habit is the key .. and you can try out various ways and forms to present the food to them that you make at home for the family . Make his meal time fun and interesting read some age appropriate books , have meals together when ever possible
