Lukewarm soaking baths (less than 10-20 minutes)
use mild soaps that are fragrance free and with a neutral or low pH
Moisturizing skin immediately after bath .

U can apply atogla lotion on face. This will help to get relief from rashes or redness.
Also use good skin care products for ur baby like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
