A. Dear mum, you should give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your house. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts and dates to baby’s diet. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Add ghee to baby’s food.
