#asktheexpert hello mam this is seema here I am pregnant with 8 months March 4 my epected date while starting 3 month of pregnancy I was suffering with constipation in middle second trimester I was suffering with loose motion and now in third trimester again I am suffering with severe constipation bleeding like piles what should I do in this case

SantoMom of a 8 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. Do not use cold water, cold drinks at present. Consume only hot water before food continuously and observe atleast one week.
