#asktheexpert hello mam/Sir.. my 3 years old daughter complaining about vertigo and headache not frequently but sometimes..I have done all blood tests and even consulted with a eye specialist.. everything in the reports is normal.. please advice me what to do now?

A. ask the baby to do some meditation if that may help some yoga sound sleep must restrict the screen time.. ask to chew some ilachi it helps in treating headache..
