it might happen because of nutritional deficiency or hormonal changes etc.
so please take healthy and well blanaced diet.
take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc .
keep your body well hydrated.
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
don't lift heavy objects.
Maintain good hygiene.
