shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom According to new studies it is totally safe to get vaccinated and after getting vaccination you can continue breastfeeding your baby. So yes you can breastfeed your baby. It is totally safe. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk till six months and you can start giving solids and water once you baby turned six months old
