#asktheexpert hello mam my one som is of 6 and one is of 9 both r underweight and they eat proper diet ... but don't gain weight they are too skinny they often tell that there is pain in there stomach whenever they eat they go for poop.... will u please suggest me what to do to make the haelthy

If both of your kids are passing motion immediately after eating that means your kids are having indigestion issues and that’s why the kids are weak and not gaining weight so I would advise you to consult your doctor for medicine to regulate your digestion also your kids are grown-up enough to put into Swimming put both of the kids in swimming so this way they’ll be physically more active they’ll gain weight height and health and the appetite would also be good
