Okay so what happens is initially we are suggested not to give any spice or salt to the child because you know it’s not good at all so that is when when you give completely tasteless food to the child sometimes kids except sometimes they don’t accept it which is why you should add salt and necessary spices into the food sugar you should avoid you can use dates and jaggery for that and once you give proper flavoured food to the child I am very certain your child would enjoy what you are giving
