As she's of very tender age , she can't be evaluated for such development
Kindly wait as she grows ,
Give her nutritious BM by taking nutritious diet
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered

Hello ma’am It could possibly be but still I’m not very sure about it you’ll have to consult and discuss your paediatrician for the same because the doctor only can tell you whether it is the same issue or any other issues prevailing over there that all these things can be said for sure only after the check up
