#AskTheExpert hello mam, my baby is two year old and she is not gaining weight. what should be her ideal daily food routine?

A. Hello! Try including all food groups in your daughter's meals, make sure she's eating small and frequent meals. Give her home made balanced meals which are rich in calories and nutrients. Here's a sample plan for her - ragi porridge with nuts banana sprouts uttapam + chutney roasted makhana + lemonade palak khichdi + raita milk. Hope this helps!

A. good morning talking about a general level it will be considered fine in the weight is anywhere more than 10 kg then you don't have to worry about your focus on giving a healthy and balance diet to the child
