#AskTheExpert hello mam my baby is 11 months now he is not having any milk except breastmilk but eat everythng in a well way.is this is a concern??

A. dear mum, no, this is not a concern. breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby at this age. you can give external milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
