#AskTheExpert Hello Mam...My baby boy is now 7.5 Months old..but from the starting of pregnancy I have Back pain which is still continues...when I do the some work it becomes severe...after some time of rest pain reduced..what should I do to get rid of from this.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Try doing some stretching exercises and calcium along with vitamin D medication’s. You can use back support belt also. Sometimes the pain can be there for a couple of yearsWrite Your Answer Here
