it's contagious skin Infection which needs proper medication
but as you have already get it done, and the condition remains same, you need to consult your doctor again he or she can prescribe necessary treatment after examining the current health condition
please avoid touching the bumps and teach this to your child too
encourage your child to wash hands frequently
maintain good hygiene
