Ananya PurabiMom of 2 children3 years agoA. A healthy balanced diet and proper 8 hours sleep is needed for good health. I personally spread Fitspire Peanut Butter on bread while making sandwiches and my daughter loves to have it on other recipes too, a healthy choice as it contains rich source of vitamins like E, B3 and B6 along with minerals like iron, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium. It helps to recover nutritional deficiencies and best for kids. It's free from harmful ingredients like gluten, cholesterol, trans-fat.
