ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months
no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy .
you can wait till 15 months also

Some women can get their period immediately after their delivery some get it after six months to 1 year or maybe two years but all these things are very normal all the situations are normal so basically you will resume with your periods when your body is ready to menstruate
