#AskTheExpert Hello Mam it's being 5 month after my delivery.... and I have saggy tummy ..please suggest Mam how can I come to my shape .. I am soo worried

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
