#AskTheExpert hello mam I have cesarean delivery on 14 th october.i want to ask you that when I use stairs because My room is on 1st floor and when I continue my routine life again

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear Atleast wait for 4 weeks after giving birth before you start going up and down the stairs and make sure that you don’t put any pressure on your abdomen.
