#AskTheExpert Hello Mam, I delivered a baby girl on dec 21st 2021 normal delivery.. stitches are gone. But, I am still facing vaginal pain badly. Except walking I am unable to do other things.. When the pain will go or kindly advice any tips to reduce the pain Mam..

A. try to avoid strains. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
