A. Best high-protein foods for toddlers and kids Eggs. Yogurt. Nut butters. Cheese. Poultry. Meat. Lentils. Beans. avoid being very specific. You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon

A. Hi approximately 0.55 g protine per pound of body weight is required at this stage of age but mam, please don't take much stress for such measurements if child is happy and active, gains enough weight, showing no discomfort,no need to worry about such things
